The NES Student Awards
The NES Student Awards have been revised and now each country should appoint their own representative in the competition. The applicants shall fulfill the general conditions, which will be decided on in the Nordic competition. One workshop at the NES fall conference will be devoted to the student awards, where all applicants will give a 15 minute talk to introduce their projects.
A joint committee comprised of one representative from each member country will take the performance into account when deciding the on the awardee, which will be announced at the final gathering of the conference.
The panel of each local member ergonomic society will appoint one representative for the selection committee for the NES student awards. Each committee member shall receive sufficient documents on each country’s representing project at the latest 60 days before the NES conference of the award ceremony. Each society’s panel is responsible for this submission. Failure to do so can lead to the exclusion from the competition.
